Open Play

NON-MEMBERS are required to register for Open Play before participating. NO EXCEPTION will be made. If you are on the courts without signing up, accepting the liability waiver and paying, you will be charged the regular fee plus a surcharge of $20. You can contact us at any time for assistance. DON'T LET THIS BE YOU!

MEMBERS: Open Play and court rental are provided at no cost.

COURT RENTALS: When reserving a court, it is your responsibility to ensure that all players 1) have been invited by you through the reservation, 2) have created an account, and 3) have accepted the invitation prior to arrival. If an invited player fails to accept the invitation, you will be charged for their court fee plus a $40 surcharge per person. Detailed instructions are provided upon reserving a court, and you can contact us at any time for assistance with these steps.

Our "Next Up Rotation Board" ensures that each game is tailored to your skill level and is supervised by a dedicated XP staff member. How it works

For use during open play when the courts are full, to help organize and manage players that are waiting for a court.

1. Each player looking to get on the next available court must write their name in the first available game box. The first game box is in the top left corner and continues from left to right. Players already on a court cannot be included in a new game box until their current game is complete.

a) Individual players can add their name to an incomplete box.

b) Groups of 2-4 can put their names in the next available box if they would like to play together.

2) When you are finished playing a game, you must come off the court. Please let waiting players know which court is now available.

3) Once a court is available, the players who are in the next rotation cross out their names, write the # of the court they are headed to in the box, and go play their game.

4) Once the board is completely filled, erase the used boxes so that the process can be repeated again, and players can write their names.
